About the App
ColorKitty is an offline color analysis and color draping application. All features of the App run locally on your device. The App does not require an account, login, or internet connection to function.
Privacy & Data Processing
We have designed ColorKitty with privacy by default. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data through the App.
- No personal data collection: We do not collect names, email addresses, contact details, or account information.
- Local processing only: Any photos or images you select or capture are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or to any third party.
- No data transmission: The App functions fully offline and does not send your images, color analyses, or any other information off your device.
- Photos & camera: If you grant camera or photo library access, this is used solely to provide the App’s color analysis features on your device. Images are not retained by us and are not transmitted anywhere.
- Local storage: Any results, palettes, or settings you save are stored locally on your device. You can delete them at any time by deleting the relevant content or uninstalling the App.
- No tracking or analytics: The App does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, third-party analytics, or tracking technologies.
Device Permissions
The App may request access to your device’s camera and/or photo library so that you can analyze images. These permissions are optional and used only for the App’s core functionality. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
Children’s Privacy
Because the App does not collect any personal data, it does not knowingly process information from children. The App is suitable for general audiences.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws, you have rights regarding your personal data, including access, rectification, erasure, and objection. Because ColorKitty does not collect or store any personal data on our systems, we hold no personal data about you to access, correct, or delete. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, software, graphics, and content, is the property of NOBLIME CONCEPTS BIU LTD and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Color analysis results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and may vary depending on lighting, device, and screen conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOBLIME CONCEPTS BIU LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Third-Party App Stores
The App is distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your download and use of the App is also subject to the respective terms and policies of those platforms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
